Want Dynamic Growth? Embrace the New Energies of Business!

Have you noticed business is changing rapidly?  The traditional approaches are disappearing and there are many of us bringing delicious fresh energies into how business is done on this planet.  Big companies are falling apart at the seams because they do not value the individual or the uniqueness of each person’s contributions to the whole.

I know many incredible, talented people who are leaving well-paid corporate and government positions because they can no longer work amongst the insanity of so many rules that don’t serve anyone except the person who made them!  They are tired of the greed, the lies, the unrealistic expectations and the inherent lack of care for people.  In the last 50 years, the machine became more important than the people it serves. No more! There is a quiet but potent revolution going on.

The New Energies of Business are emerging to bring people once more to the forefront of the equation.  For businesses to be profitable and successful in the future, each individual in a business will be required to step up to new possibilities.  These possibilities include embracing their joy, love and light.  When we bring these qualities into business, the essence of business will change.  The energy of the individual will permeate the products or services created for the business. When this energy of love, joy and light immerses the product or service, demand will rise dynamically!

If you don’t believe me, bake two cakes from the same recipe… one when your heart is full of love, joy and gratitude, the other when you are angry, unhappy and tired of the world… on a blind taste test, you will find the first will taste infinitely more delicious!  Same physical ingredients + different energy = totally different results!

The New Energies of Business help people discover more about themselves as people, as well as allow a new way of being in business. When we bring gratitude into our work there is no room for judgment, no room for competition and comparison.  Every day is an exploration of the possibilities that only we can individually bring to fruition in our own distinctive way!  The old energies of competition and comparison will fall away as we see the true value provided by the uniqueness of each person who contributes to the whole.  How does it get even better than that?

The energy of love has been missing from business ventures almost since business came into being on this planet.  As more of us come to a place where we love our work, who we be and what we do becomes part of the attraction of the products and services we provide.  This joyful energy is already showing up for some people and within the next couple of generations it will not be possible to work in an endeavour that you do not love.

Wow!  Can you imagine a world where everyone loves their work?  Where people are not doing their work from a space of fear, scarcity and lack?  Do you think there’ll be many more wars once the love your work movement spreads dynamically?

As more products and services take on the energies of joy, love and light, the ease with which business is conducted for businesses embracing the New Energies of Business will speed up.  This growth will bring greater awareness of conscious business possibilities into the lives of all.  As this consciousness spreads throughout the wider business community, many people will receive more love, light and joy in their own living.

Each of us has the capacity to change the world dynamically, simply by loving our work, contributing gratitude to all people we connect with and dropping off the energies of competition and comparison that have been prevalent for thousands of years.  Would you be willing to infect the planet by creating, generating and instituting your business with consciousness?

There are many more New Energies of Business that can be explored.  As we progress in our awareness and understanding, these energies will emerge for us to play with!  What if business could be totally different to what it has been before?  What if business could be a source of joy, love, gratitude, kindness and compassion?  How much change could be created?

So today… when you play with your business, ask yourself these questions:

• Am I offering genuine value?
• Is my contribution to this business offered with love and kindness?
• Am I grateful for the contributions I am to business and my business is to me?
• Where could I create greater possibilities for the people I connect with?
• What else is possible with business that my distinctive energies could create?
