I came up with this formula last year and it is in my book “Go Fractal! taking your marketing to infinity and beyond” however II believe it is too important not to really talk about it openly.

This is the age of social marketing, being social is NOT something you do to make money, it’s something you do because you are human and we are social animals. No amount of greed or so-called logic is going to change that any time soon as recent business and marketing is proving. Give us the tools to be even more social and what happens?

You have more than half the world using those tools! Facebook = 845 million users… you know the stats :)

So for my formula, here it is what does this formula tell you about how you could be doing business? Not just using this formula as a marketing tool but living it, in business and life!

Care equals repeat business equals profits

Hi Annie, I’m guessing the book explains things in more detail because I found this a little too cluttered for easy reading – however, the ideas behind the image are spot on.

In particular I love the first two words that came to my attention…. “Build Authority”. That says it all. Authority marketing should be a crucial aspect to everyone’s business. Most don’t do it because they feel they are ‘not worthy’, but the truth is, it’s not about worth, it’s about perception. It’s about what our customers *think* of us… and all people (myself included) love to follow strong leaders. In our businesses we need to lead.

Looking forward to more posts on this topic.
