Heather Boon

Heather is the owner of Maximum Results and the creator of the VisionPro System which helps you become crystal clear about your vision for your life and your business. This system developed from her years of experience in business and as a business mentor is an incredible tool for growth and success. My dear long time friend Heather inspires me because she can be so focused and I have watched her turn her life completely around, she is now a very successful person who comes highly recommended by many businesses for her clear thinking, management, head for figures and investment savvy.

Ching Ya

Ching Ya has been my Facebook friend for quite a few years now and we have never met, she is a social media strategist and her blog is called Social Blogging Tracker who like me focuses on showing business owners how to use social media to boost their marketing. We have never felt competitive with each other at all, and celebrate each others successes. Ching Ya inspires me because she is such a giving soul, who has kept her business moving through her pregnancy and early motherhood with no sign of slowing down, yet I can see what a dedicated young Mum she is. She has just been given an amazing proof of her success in her niche by being chosen by Mari Smith the worlds most well known Facebook expert, to include a chapter in Mari’s new book. Well done lovely, I am so proud of you!

David Reading

David will be pleased to find himself surrounded by amazing women, and as the only man on this list he deserves a special mention. Davids business Q Business is dedicated to mentoring and consulting for business growth. Whereas ‘Q for Growth’ establishes the future direction and business strategies for the company ‘Q for Management’ keeps the business on track and deals with all business issues and opportunities as they arise. David is an inspiration because he is filled with energy every time I see him, he networks and mentors pro-Bono and is one of the most humble people I have met, yet he has so much expertise.

Christine McDougall

Christine is a lady after my own heart and is into transformation, deviance from the norm in positive ways, and likes to challenge thinking and ideas about how things ‘should’ be. She has a hub site in her own name Christine McDougall which showcases her different paths and her Positive Deviance business is centered around these principles and values and this is what I love about her, she is inspires me to continue to be me no matter what else I am told by others about my style, my personality, or my quirks. Her mission is truly inspiring and I share it with you here: To inspire and support people, organisations nations, the world..to live in the highest state of integrity …even when no one is looking.

Marney Perna

Marney is such a lovely person she will be completely surprise to be included in this list, yet she so completely deserves to be here, Marney’s business Kinique is centered around her love of natural health and positive change. She inspires me because from the moment I met her, she has challenged every limit she has around her abilities, talents and gifts and value and is growing in herself, her business and her influence every day. An amazing lady who is so heart inspired she radiates positivity and generosity.

Tiffany Litherland

Tiffany is my daughter, none the less she deserves to be noted in this list. Tiffany has two little girls and just moved to the US, she is there alone at the moment living in a country and town she has very few friends in and has already been taken into the fold by some very influential people. Not only that her vision for her business is amazing, she is about to take her business Quench Innovations to new heights with a grand plan to teach business owners “how to build a brand authentically from the inside out, and how to discover that both building a brand and achieving great success all begin with ‘YOU’…” True strictly speaking Tiffany is no longer an Aussie local, however she will always be an Aussie success story.

Vickie Magic

Vickie is the owner and chief editor of Business Matters Magazine on the Sunshine Coast and is known for the value she gives back to the business community. Vickie knows the value of her magazine to the business owners around her, she also adds value by hosting networking events, workshops and other events designed to allow other business owners to grow their businesses in fun and education ways, and many of these events are free or very low cost. Vickie Magic who has so many qualities I admire in a business person, she is full of integrity, straight talking, knows what she wants and understands how much she can handle as well. She is a woman who knows her vision and sticks to it, I love that she is also great at closing a sale without being pushy. Vickie has strong values and ethics, much like my own and adding value and being of value are among her top 2 in business, which syncs perfectly with mine.

Natalie McIvor

Natalie loves to network and her Enlightened Goddess Network hold regular events and lunches which both encourages female entrepreneurs and educates them. She has a range of events including monthly Goddess lunches which are spreading from one filled room in Mooloolaba to 3 more from Gympie to Brisbane and more are on the way. Natalie also hosts NetConnect a full day of inspiration and learning from 4/5 speakers in a different niche, and I know more types of events are in the planning stages. This lady is such an inspiration, she has taken an idea and made it happen and inspired others to want to invest in her idea in their area and hold Goddess lunches of their own. Natalie is not finished yet by any means and is all ready to create at least one more type of networking event, while still growing the ones she has, this is entrepreneurial style for sure and it is all done with such integrity and love for the people she is networking with.
